Ainsley T.
Instructor - Ainsley's lifelong connection to yoga began in childhood, while attending classes with her grandma. Her practice evolved into a deeply personal journey and ignited a passion that led her to explore diverse forms of yoga. She recently completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in the serene setting of Bali. Ainsley firmly believes in the universal power of yoga—that it's a practice for every body, adaptable to any space. She's dedicated to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for her students, empowering them to discover their own strength and peace, both on and off the mat. When she's not guiding a flow, you'll find Ainsley curled up with a captivating book and a warm cup of tea, or deep in concentration at the law library.

Devan H.
Instructor - Devan is originally from Ypsilanti, Michigan. He had an affinity for music from a young age. From tap dancing in elementary school, he moved on to play percussion for about a decade. In high school he was involved in musical theater, choir, and ballroom dance. He studied music theory and vocal performance at Washtenaw Community College. In the summer of 2018 Devan took his first pole class and couldn't fathom staying away from Polarity ever since. He worked his way into the highest level classes before there was snow on the ground and took the chance to become an instructor at the first available opportunity. Devan uses pole fitness to challenge himself to reach new levels of strength, flexibility, and endurance. But at Polarity he's also found a welcoming community that pushes him to work harder every day!
