Ava M. (President) - My name is Ava and I’m a junior studying public health. I’m from Orlando, Florida and love to spend my free time outdoors. I started practicing yoga during my sophomore year and have really enjoyed how grounding it has been for me!

Madison C. (Ambassador) - My name is Madison and I'm a UM alum from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. My passions are nature, art, cooking, and fitness, and I find yoga to be a wonderful supplement to both my pole training and my creative pursuits. Yoga keeps me grounded, encourages awareness, and invites me to slow down and be with my body in gratitude. I love welcoming new students to our community!
Ainsley T. (Instructor) - Ainsley is a fellow UM student in the law school. Her lifelong connection to yoga began in childhood and the practice evolved into a deeply personal journey and ignited a passion that led her to explore diverse forms of yoga. She recently completed her 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in the serene setting of Bali. She believes in the universal power of yoga—that it's a practice for every body, adaptable to any space. She's dedicated to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for her students, empowering them to discover their own strength and peace. She's so proud of her students growth in MYC - GO BLUE!
