The perfect combination of Yin & Yang energies:

Yin
|
Yin is a slow-paced, restorative, non-flow yoga class composed of passive, longer holding postures. Yin postures require the muscles to relax in order to target the connective tissues. A yin practice enables a deep release of tendons, ligaments, and fascia - promoting healthy joints. Each posture is held between 5-7 minutes. Blocks, straps, cushions, and bolsters can be used to aid in the comfort of the practitioner. A yin practice can help identify holding patterns and asymmetry within the body. This practice is complementary to a regular Ashtanga, Hatha, or Vinyasa practice.
