Build Your Own Event
We love using our space as a multi-purpose environment! If none of the above Party Packages suit your needs, follow the 'make a request' link to submit a request for your ideal event! We have have hosted birthday parties, sorority/fraternity parties, baby showers, living room shows, wedding receptions, retreats, team building events and the sky is the limit! Build Your Own Event packages start at two (2) hours of private studio time. Additional guests, hours, and amenity requests will be quoted and charged accordingly. Space rental includes use of our professional sound system, small tables & stools, and kitchenette facilities. All events are BYOB, but require contract of a bartender or mixologist. Additional amenities include: mixologist, performance dancers, folding tables/table cloths, coffee service, décor set up. All additional amenities are quoted separately. We work with party rental companies to provide you with any additional furnishings or equipment that your party may require! Purchase Terms & Conditions: 
  • There are no refunds on ANY purchase(s) - including but not limited to: new client specials, drop-ins, packages, membership contracts, progressives, showcase, workshops, retreats, private events, teacher training programs and/or private lessons. Classes are non-transferrable. Contracts are non-cancelable within their outlined duration/terms. Contract terms are non-negotiable. Classes, packages, and other services may not be shared or gifted. All clients must keep a credit card on file.
  • We are unable to manage reservations or cancellations via email or phone. If you'd like to reserve or cancel a class, please do so through our website or the Mindbody app.
  • Early cancellations must be made twelve (12) hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations after this period are considered a Late Cancel. Unlimited Package Holders (New Client Special, Month Unlimited, Semester, and Year) will be charged a $15.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Members will be charged a $5.00 Late Cancellation Fee. Drop-In and Members/Class Package Holders will forfeit their class. If Class Package Holders do not cancel their class/remove themselves using the MindBody app prior to the class start time, they will be charged a $5.00 No-Show Fee. All late arrivals and absences will be considered a No-Show.
  • During any promotional period of Five Dollar ($5.00) Yoga + Pole Classes, any late cancels, absences, and/or no-shows are subject to the full single session rate of twenty-six dollars ($26.00) - therefore a late cancellation fee of $21.00 will be charged utilizing the card on file. If the client removes their card, they will not be able to practice at the studio until their account balance has been paid.
  • Registration on MindBody authorizes these changes and/or charges to be made utilizing the credit card information on file. Unpaid account balances will result in the pausing or cancellation of the customer’s package at the studio’s discretion. Any Groupon Customer or package holder without their credit card on file will be penalized the expiration equivalent of five (5) days, which may ultimately result in the pausing or cancellation of a package.
  • Expiration Dates and Late Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced. We are unable to make ANY exceptions to any of the aforementioned policies.
