Fab Pole Aerial Choreography
These classes are comprised of a beautiful combination between pole dance and aerial fabric/silks. The practitioner has the support of the aerial silk while learning tricks and spins around the pole. The combination of the two apparatuses allows for supported, creative, and beautiful combinations on both static and spinning pole. This class is great for beginners (the fabric is extremely supportive for weight bearing movements) or pole dancers who are looking to add a new style to their repertoire. The aerial silks are also fabulous tools for flexibility training. Check the progressives & workshop tab for upcoming classes.
